Refund Policy

We always aim to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products, but if you wish to return an order, we accept refund within 14 days of purchased with original packing. Simply ship the item(s) back to the following address below, including the Order # and we will issue a refund as soon as we receive it. 

Conditions of Returns:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Loose beads cut or removed from the strand are subject to a 15% restock fee.
